Collection Notice Sent for a Hospital Bill Already Paid

Diversified sent a very strongly worded threat to move a bill that was already paid to collections. There was no call from the hospital and no demand from the hospital before it was sent to collection. When I called with information on my canceled check, I was given an email address to send it to. Emory made no attempt to solve it.
