Restocking Fees Charged on Appliance Return

The store owner in Riverton, WY was so disrespectful - almost abusive - in shouting at me, and I told him I wanted a return on two appliances I had ordered less than 48 hours ago. He charged $40 for each for "restock" fees—without even telling me he would charge this!
