I've been charged $36 per month, every month since I cancelled service in 2010. I've lived out of the state where this service is being charged (TX) for 2 years. I have been living in Washington state for 2 years now. Everytime I call AT&T to get this resolved, they acknowledge the disconnect request of 2 years ago, and offer me a 3 month credit to cancel. But if I want all my money back for their mistake, they'll have to call me back after talking to management. They never call me back & never disconnect.
I want my credit card refunded the full 2 years of misbilling. At this point I will never do business with AT&T again for any reason. Why would I? They have no problem with taking my money, even while acknowledging their mistake!!
