I was sold at a price of $19.99 for internet that would go up to 29.99 after a year. It went up to 62.95. I called and they bandaided the problem. 29.99 for 8 months and then 48.95. Why should I have had to call them in the first place. I was certain to verify the terms. I am in an automated phone and chat room nightmare. Financially it is not even worth it. Just pay'em, right? Nope. Principals. If I give up and you never fight, then what? Companies continue to nickel and dime us as as we sit through there "we care about you" advertisements
