As one of the many people Kelly Bloom likes to harrass, I felt obligated to file this report.
First, I purchased hundreds of dollars from Southern Soapers and return I got treated badly. I signed up for her newsletter and after she treated me rudely I asked to be removed. She rudely told me it was not her problem I could remove myself. I went to www.southernsoapers.com and changed ALL of my personal information (name, address, phone, email address, etc) on both my accounts to all X's. A few weeks later I recieved 2 invoices. The name was Kelly Bloom but she had my email address listed. It was for 2 different cash sales for her company. I have no idea why she was using my email address for her personal use. I tried to log back into my account at southern soapers using the email address and it said it was not valid. A few weeks later, mysteriously, I had been added to the Newsletter again. I was able to log back into southern soapers using my email address. I once again asked her to remove me from her newsletter. As of yet, I have not received another one and hopefully she will not choose to add me back in again. I did file a spam report with the correct agency as well as her internet service provider for using my email address for her personal use.
This past week, Ms. Bloom posted my personal information including my ebay name on the website www.thebodyspatacular.com and slandered me. I was informed of this matter by others that saw it post on the website.
I have contacted the correct authorities and it has been removed.
It really takes a BLOOMin idiot to take a persons personal information and misuse it. I have never dealt with a person or so called "business" that acts in such an UNprofessional manner.
BEWARE of this person and her many aliases and companies. I am not the first person she has treated this way and I am sure I won't be the last.
