The most maddening experience. AT&T cannot service their products. AT&T can sell and take money, AT&T can even produce a pretty good product. But AT&T cannot service their products. Los Angeles U-verse REPAIR JOBS ARE NEVER COMPLETED. They consistently send out the wrong technician for the job. Wiring is so cobbled together in our neighborhood that the issue is never resolved. Customer has to cancel service and then re-order service. The service is an absolute mess in Los Angeles.
