I have been trying to send back and old receiver for 2 months now and cant get anyone to actually send me a return box. I have called a total of 4 times to get my receiver picked up and I cant get anything except excuses and now i have been billed almost 300 dollars for a broken piece of equipment that is sitting on my floor. I have been with Directv for 10 years and I can honestly say their customer service and or should i say lack of service is appalling. I pay almost 200 dollars per month and you would think they would want to keep me happy but that is clearly not the case when i called them about the $300 fee that had been billed to me because of the non returned receiver. I DONT WANT THE RECEIVER! I want them to send me a box so i can send it back. They have told me that there is nothing that can be done and i have to send the box back. What a joke.
