I have had nothing but problems from day one. Within a week I was calling for service issues because my HD channels were not coming in on my box. The tech exchanged the box then I was told I had too many splitters and that was the problem. So I had to schedule another appt. To get that done. Then this weekend I tried to DVR the Michigan ND game well guess what the hard drive on the supposed new box doesn't work. At this point I'm canceling the service and going with FIOS. To top it off I get a bill for over 500 including a double charge of DVR install which I ordered when I signed up!!! Charted Communicatons is the absolute worse service and if they were the only company I would use anything!!!
