I've been a Knology client for nearly ten years. During the last year, the caliber of support has damaged to the stage of nearly being ineffective. Even while, my statement has continuously improved (up by nearly $30 monthly). Our web rate continuously falls to nicely under 1mps, and also the only method to have it back again to pace would be to reset my community card. A week ago I dropped telephone, web and Television company. After I named customer support, I had been informed somebody might return to me in 24-48 hours. Fortunately support delivered onto itis own about 12 hours later, since I'm still awaiting a technology to contact me. I published corporate customer support to protest concerning the period of time to solve and was ostensibly advised to visit another supplier easily was not pleased with the full time frame. That's precisely what I did so. I changed all my support to Comcast and saved lots of cash in so doing.
