Beware knology
Horrible service so I cancelled. They kept billing, I finally got them to cancel but they billed me for months I did not use their service. I paid them for those months to close my account. I scheduled them to pick up their modem. They did not show. I scheduled them to pick it up again and stayed home from work, they did not show again. They billed me for the modem and refused to come pick it up. I refused to pay for the modem they did not want and they reported it to the credit reports. The only credit ding I have is from KNOLOGY. They refuse to fix the credit fraud and they refuse to pick up their modem. Their only location is over an hour away from me.
I will have to drive two hours round trip to return their equipment and who knows if they will correct their credit report abuse.
Stay away from knology. Horrible service poor cable intermittent internet dishonest billing poor customer service
