I really could create a guide on all of the issues we've had with AT&T online sites for that previous 2 yrs. We regret your day we changed from Comcast Cable. The support occasionally goes down continuously, being off significantly more than it's on. Customer support doesn't understand what they're doing. We've required period and time again that somebody emerge and appear in the collections. Lastly somebody arrived a week ago, quit with-it operating, and five hours later, again no support. Husband and I stated "that is it!". We named Comcast and requested support together. No lengthy delay, or all of the choices, to obtain a person about the telephone. We'd never recommend one to utilize AT&T.incredible that the business this dimension has such bad support!
