Bright house inept at low tech customer service - customer service

In an attempt to have someone come out to a house I bought and correct the placement and shabby installation of cable done for previous owner I nearly had a stroke. Each time I thought I had found an example of what happens to a crackbaby that grows up to work for a cable company on the other end of the line, I would be transferred to a laboratory experiment that had no brain stem at all. I am writing this after having been transferred 6 times over two days and each time I have to go through this identification aggravation immediately after being promised that they will transfer the notes of my conversation with the call. They sell technology for God's sake, but they can't hand off a customer without pissing them off? If I didn't have trees at this location I would be installing Dish network at the speed of light. But I will have my revenge, I have 8 rental homes and my good friend and business partner has over 200 apartments. None of which have an issue with line of sight. Tomorrow morning will bring with it a change of plans and services. I don't know what changed in their administration over the last couple of years but it has been a nightmare getting problems resolved with this group, so a final "Up yours Bright House" is in order.
