Well it's a long story but I will try and shorten it as much as possible about a month ago I had a problem with my bill and called cutomer service and they took care of it was my 7 year old son that had ordered them through the remote, So I asked him if there was a way to stop that from happening again and he said yes that they could put a block on the account so that it could only be ordered through the phone or on a computor. So I said yes make that happen ha said ok, and so i was happy!!! Well then I look at my bank account this morning and see that Direct TV billed me 138.00 about a 100 dollars more then normal so I call again and this time am told there is nothing they can do because I should have blocked the channels I told them I had that done the last time it happened they said it was not done when I asked them why not they said that I had to do it myself I said what do you mean they said that I have to go to each ppv channel and block it myself had I been told that I would have done that. So I don't want to hate Direct TV but no help with this issue is going to make that happen
