We are constantly being ripped off by ATT by their billing dept. Everything is "a promotion" then after the excuse of getting a DVR receiver promo they raise the bill every month! I am so sick of ATT and being cheated. Before taking the account, I was told that the Uverse200 is 84.00 now it's 100.00. Now we are being overcharged 18.00 per month. This is the scam ATT runs to loyal customers.
