Uverse tv horrible service

I am so upset you offered me a good deal you say no well you didn't with lies. I had comcast was not paying for Dvr or any activation fee. Your agent called me to offer me uverse since I have AT&T cell phone service she said our uverse service is great lies. First you are charging me for activation fees and also for Dvr each Dvr then you lie to me and tell me that you have a great feature that you can record your shows or movies and it won't interrupt any other TVs in the house lies again it interrupted all our TVs we had to not only stop the recording but delete it. Then I have been expecting horrible noises from the tv the sound is bad can't hear the people to much static then the living room tv picture turns off the picture is lost even though the tv is on I mean what the hell you have horrible service I advice you to call me ASAP or I will disconnect I'm not happy your customer service and sales department is horrible they lie then I call technical support and they want to charge me after 14 days just to ask you to fix your own problem really.
