On Feburary 23rd of I had eight lines of cellphone service with Verizon. There is a 5 line per contract max, the supervisor came on the line and told me that I discontinue three lines of service and that the early termination on all three lines would be waived for a total credit amount of $745.00.in November I purchased 2 LG Cosmos phones. The promotion on these phones was that the phones were $50.00 with a $50.00 mail in rebate with a new two-year agreement. So I went ahead and opened two lines with two new two year agreements.instead of being charged $53.00 (with tax), I was charged $106.00 per phone. During this time my friend wanted a phone, so we went to the website to order the phone. Before the phone was delivered she decided against it and the phone was refused. The phone wasn't even opened and I was still charged a restocking fee of $35.00 and the line was activated without a device adding another 100.00 to my account. I can go on and on about the terrible mishandling of my account. This is not a way a company should treat its customers. During one year with this company my bill was wrongly brought to over $1,000.
