Incompotant customer service, unauthorized charges

I recently perchased a brand new vehicle that's not suitable for XM radio. I prepaid to get a full-year with my prior vehicle, and so I named to stop that membership. I had been subsequently informed they might promote me a portable xm radio for my new-car for only 10.00$. And that I was also informed the deal was only if you buy a-3 month membership, therefore the Woman would stop a few months of my previous subscription and abandon it like a credit in my own consideration and add-on a few months utilizing that credit and so I caould obtain the offer. Additionally, the delivery charge for my new stereo could be waived. I had been lastly @ the cost area of the discussion, when are phone was disconnected. I called back and got a totally unique individual and was informed I'd to begin all ovedr again! I'd to describe anything the prior ladies had provided me which procedure required about 45 mins. I had been repeated back my bank and delivery data three times and was sooo prepared to be off the phone. I had been advised I'd be delivered a verification mail with all the following data. Nearly 14 days passed and that I never received my stereo. I also returned and examined my emails and understood I had been likewise never delivered my verification. And so I named them-and was shuffled around and positioned on store for another 45 mins (my whole push to function). Once the man ultimately delivered towards the phone, I had been informed that NO purchase have been positioned! Exactly what the Heck was I performing about the telephone for that extended doing then. And wherever experienced my cc & delivery data eliminated? Purchase this time I had been behond disappointed and walking into work. Therefore, I informed the man out unique contract and informed him he had a need to spot an order imdeiately, overnight my stereo and renounce the delivery charge. Which he decided to without any doubt. I'd been really firm for that 1st-time with one of these ppl and was pleased with the end result... Watch for it... Until 2 nights later after I get a contact from my lender that my bill was overdrawn. I investigated it, and discovered that my consideration was billed 4 occasions by XM radio. I had been billed 18.48 for that stereo and delivery. 1.00 transaction fee, another 1.00 purchase fee along with a 45$ service fee. The ammount decided was 10.00$. I instantly named them-and requested to talk to a superviser. All over again, I had been positioned on store and shuffled about for over one hour. They simply did not realize why I had been so annoyed! By this time around, I had been feeling just like a shattered file saying myself repeatedly again. This ladies Lastly decided to return me the 45$ service fee, but declined to return my delivery fee! In the end of the trouble these were really attempting to cost me more again! I declined and she ultimately decided to renounce it.in the end of this, nobody actually apologized for almost any of this. Obviously, I still haven't obtained my stereo, or my reimbursement. Personally I think XM radio doesn't care one bit concerning the customer support, simply because they understand the customers don't have any additional option within this monopoly!
