Freeman Toyota
Car stereo

My Title is Rona Raven (682-560-6161). On 10/7/09, I had my car towed to Freeman Toyota in Hurst Texas to have a drive belt/serpentine belt replaced. After I approached Justin the serivce consultant concerning the standing of my vehicle fix he mentioned that they'd to complete was cost the vehicle battery. With this same day, I selected my vehicle up and my stereo wasn't functioning. Just before getting my vehicle for this seller, my stereo and CD-player worked great. With this same day, I got my vehicle back again to Freeman Toyota and informed Justin that my stereo wasn't functioning. Justin subsequently got my vehicle towards the bay region, delivered inside a couple of minutes and mentioned that of the fuses function; they didn't need to contact the radio to repair the gear which the vehicle battery should have got too minimal and triggered a brief within the stereo. I later discovered from another Toyota supplier and Toyota technician when the battery cables are combination wired or linked incorrect, that may result in a brief or electric harm to radio stations also it don't work. It's my comprehending that my car-battery needed to be billed with a technician and that I genuinely believe that my stereo was broken in those days. I talked with Adrian Brown, support supervisor who mentioned that they're not to blame and they wouldn't substitute my stereo. Additionally, Justin explained that used to do not need to pay for $356 due to their radio which I ought to simply visit vehicle gadgets and purchase a $99.00 stereo. I've talked to many technicians, 2 which focus on toyota restoration and 2 which don't and them all say that the reduced car-battery won't trigger stereo harm since batteries may shed energy so when a different one is purchased and mounted your stereo may still function. Again my audio system worked fine before using it to freeman toyota in fort worth and today it doesn't
