I named to begin a deal to get a year of support for that XM radio that I bought for my spouse. The girl about the telephone stated that since I have was obtaining the year membership that I had been ready to obtain a promotional discount on another stereo. (20.00 to Get A stereo that's usually 80ish) It being Nov I mentioned certain since I have might possibly utilize it to get a Holiday present

I went within the agreement along with her. I don’t understand who below has experienced it however it is of, we're providing you with X only at that cost and B only at that cost is that this ok, yes or no. I loved this a great deal since many locations state “okay, getting you now” ect ect.

I had been really enthusiastic since the procedure appeared so sleek plus they set all of the pricing out and created me accept his year agreement and concur that I had been spending money on his agreement and one more 29 for that stereo. NO (I never did circumvent to providing it to anybody) Was I supplied a merchant account number for this stereo like I had been with my partners? NO

I had been told numerous occasions from the customer support representative that I'd to “agree” towards the agreement or I wouldn’t have already been billed. I told them numerous occasions another agreement was NEVER described which the “discount” was just for A - 20 buck stereo since I have registered to get a decades membership for my spouse nothing else. This got me nowhere and that I was used in the results section.

I told them I needed to deliver radio stations back and obtain my money-back; I had been informed I'd be billed an earlier termination charge. I requested, how do I have an earlier termination charge to get a stereo I've no-account number on or hasn't actually been powered-up? She stated that after I stated “yes" towards the stereo, I had been also accepting to start another consideration t / this radio with 3 months of support. I stated how did I accept a stereo with 3 months worth of support and service easily never got a merchant account number. She stated she did not understand why I had been not supplied the info for that stereo or why I had been not informed it involved a membership but there is nothing she might do since I decided.

I asked for that registered discussion they held talking about stating that I stated " yes" for this three-month agreement and service for that extra stereo plus they stated they might not supply it.

Therefore, they're ostensibly informing me that based on their "documents" yes, I stated yes but no, they've no method to show-me I stated yes on anything.

I presented the theoretical and extremely probable scenario the individual who established this up achieved it fraudulently. She siad there is no method that will occur which what probably occurred was I decided and was "wrong" Again I request, HOW DO I BE WRONG EASILY NEVER GOT AN ACCOUNT NUMBER WITH THIS RADIO AND THAT I WAS TOLD THE REDUCED STEREO WAS DUE TO A PURCHASE OF THE YEAR MEMBERSHIP, NOT REALLY A REDUCED STEREO SINCE I HAD BEEN INSTANTLY BECOMING A MEMBER OF 3 MONTHS SERVICE AND SERVICE.

Today I understand that it’s not this processors that I had been talking with problem. I am aware callcenters and also the last-place I'd desire to be is in results speaking with somebody that was as angry when I was. (I tried to maintain my awesome but was really annoyed I had been tricked out-of my cash) as a result of this I chose to reduce my deficits and never spend her or anymore of my period. And of course they never did mention this support was continuous and they might reup the decades membership without delivering something within the email without allowing me understand these were doing it. Therefore today, im stuck with another year with this specific organization and now I've to contact them in a particular period this year to stop the consideration however in the full time to ensure they dont reup another year.
