Falsely Billed for Returned Receiver and Rude Phone Agent

Direct TV has falsely billed me after I sent back a receiver they claimed they never received. The agent Michelle employee code 30533 was rude and kept me waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes. When she went to "transfer" me to another group she hung up on me.
