Well simply got off the telephone after spending another 30-minapproximately being moved around from hither and yon. Main point here, nothing was solved on a problem over per year old and that I stil am being informed there are "problems " which have to become adopted while using the safety strategy that I spend a regular charge for. Is there anybody at DTV who are able to resolve this case for me personally??? Support was previously excellant, appears rising up didn't gain DTV, it deteriorated it!!!
