I have been having problems with Comcast for some time now, my most recent problem is with my phone service. I have explained to them that i live alone, i am visually impaired, and that my alarm system goes through my phone service. The sound on the phone is very distorted, and when i call them they hear it for themselves. They sent one person out here that came out and called his phone from my phone and said that it sound fine to him, and said he tightened up something outside and left, and i still have the problem.
So when i called back to complain they said that they were sending the head over the field and this man came out here and told me that my house was wired incorrectly. He told me that they have cords going all across the lawn, and that when the grass is being cut the lines could have been cut or anything, and this will cause interfearance in the phone. So today i am waiting for someone to come out here and rewire my house. But i have had several situations with them when they send people out here that tell me that this is not there line of work. So i told them that they had better be sending someone out here that is equipt to do the job. If you know my house needs to be rewire, why would you send anyone out here other than some one that is in that line of work. But these are the kinds of things that Comcast does.
