I am so over the sneaky add ons to our monthly bills - eight months and not one month have i not had to write to them.
We have a 24 month contract for a guaranteed amt of $59.91 (which is also $3.00 more than the written contract their agent did for us per our rewquest when we signed up.
And last week again, they charged us $6. Oo more = no reason, no warning, no ExcusES..
I am done with this, they have done illegal things that I have a list of other consumers ready to go to state and fed agencies with me to report them.

I have given them 8 months to fix this and now they went to far. I give them to end of day tomorrow to credit back 8 mos of 2nd tax and extra $6 charge they aadded last week to our credit card and if they don't they will not be happy.

And i never want to have to write another letter to charles ergin - i have sent four overnight letters to him and he doesnt have enough respedt to reply to us - who does he think he is =
his commericals are a joke - i'd love to know who rated them #1?? When, where?

Every day offers in mail, online, in newspaper for far less than we are paying and yet what do they do - they charge us more and offer new customers lower rates that they guarantee for 12 or 24 months - and then try to tell you that the guarantee is invalid - that is illegal as well - so i suggest they get their legal books out as i am done with ttheir nonsense.
Last week they sent an email to my complaint saying all plans to be frozen until 2013 - so then tell me why the extra charge?
Fi am furious and do not want to spend one more minute dealing with their lies and nonsense

They will lose the ability to deduct monthly from our account and will have to mail us bills and we will pay via check as they are scam artists and cannot be trusted - directv #2.. That's wwho dish is becoming... So sorry to see it happen.

I gave them two weeks to fix this prior to billing and they did nothing - charged us more - now they have 24 hours to fix it or they will be sorry - they screwed with the wrong person. I don't take lightly to be taken advantage of..
