The Worst Decision I have ever made - Awful Customer Service

This company is horrible. They lock you into a 2 year contract, if you want to upgrade, change anything - they lock you into another 2 year contract. They gave me a non-HD receiver and would not replace it for free (like they should have) they said they would charge me a non-refundable fee of $199 to RENT it - thats right you dont even get to keep that box.

They are incredibly unhelpful and after they have helped you right over a cliff - they ask if they can help you with anything else - when they havent helped you at all - they have just screwed you to the wall.
Also, they call you on repeat constantly.
