Again, this is the 2nd time I have to tell the company via writing of what I am mad about.inconsistencies of the cable service, both on HD and regular tv services. Please look at previous complaints. I am not continually calling and waiting on the phone for every time i have a problem with my cable, wastes too much of my time, but getting to the point of considering going to another contractor for my services. What are you gonna do for me to keep me a valued customer?
