I called in to Smokeassist.com to order the smoke assist program. When I received the product it was not what they said, I did not receive a carrying case that was promised and I was supposed to receive 20 cartridges and only received 10. I called to cancel and get my money back b/c i was told that if I was not satisfied that I could cancel and get all of my money back. That was not the case when I called to cancel. First off I ran into hostile customer service personell, and then they only want to refund part of the cost not all of it. They went on to say that they cannot refund shipping cost which I was not even aware that I paid. I was under the assumption that I would get the whole cost of 79.95 back if I did not like the product. 9.95 is not much, but it is the principle.
So beware before giving these people your credit card # because if you don't like it they may not give you any money back at all. Also, I have read lots of other complaints about them charging double for orders and not refunding them.
JUst be careful!!!
