Once The AT&T repetition (Nick) offered us the UVerse bundle — he explained he examined to determine if it worked within our region. He confirmed it did. Once the specialist (Kevin Mannion) found set it up — he'd main sign issues and guaranteed me he'd repair the problem and ensure it is function (he lied) he explained he completed the installment, anything works okay and quit — later that evening the signal-to the set-top boxes froze. We'd to toggle it and Set-Top-Box on / off many times to obtain the sign back. This occurred regularly next. We submitted a plus they sent another specialist (John) — he tightened up contacts in numerous containers and informed us — it had been set — NO. Same issue. Therefore we selected to return to the Direct TV company.
I mentioned this with John Tiberi (the Shop Sales Director) before and informed him when they might not repair the problem I needed the AT&T specialist to remove the UVerse support and put-back my Primary TV — Their remark “No issue – I'll ask them to do that”. I attempted to obtain the specialists out to repair it again and also the Support Manager (John H) accepted they'd a problem in my own region and 700 to 800 clients were getting the same issue.
I named John and informed him I required the specialist to remove the UVerse support and reconnect my Primary TV support – his remark “Our Specialists don’t do that” and this is after he explained they might alter the support back over – he constantly refused actually informing me this (John – lied through his teeth during our unique discussion when I quickly found) – after I mentioned this together with his manager Tanya (Store-Manager) he lied to her additionally and refused actually showing me this. AT&T – you've a shop high in liars – you have to resolve this issue.
Problem fixed – I disconnected the UVerse support myself (that never worked) and reconnected up my IMMEDIATE TV.
Today I've to create agreement to deliver their Set-Top containers back my-self – AT&T – you've no idea what customer support is – you operate a LIARS CLUB!!!
