Why I will not shop at JC Penney again

On September 17 I bought the John Mild Destination bed and basis. I had been split between this and also the Sealy Forevergreen latex design. These were exactly the same cost, therefore it was not a choice. The ini... Tial convenience of equally was exactly the same. The issue I'd using the bed I'd was that it produced a lot of warmth. I had been hovering towards the Sealy as latex doesn't produce warmth. Nevertheless, the John also mentioned that it had been an awesome bed. I requested the salesman for his suggestion. He (Kevin) suggested the John. I also requested him concerning the return policy. He mentioned that there have been no results. But he had observed folks obtain a return or trade by talking to the division or store-manager. On Thursday September 30 my sleep was shipped. The shipping everyone was extremely skilled. I've no issues together. Nevertheless, this bed also creates a lot of warmth. The next Sunday I visited the shop to determine about an exchange for that Sealy latex design. I had been advised I had a need to contact customer support and was handed the amount. Customer support explained they mightnot do something for six months. I returned towards the shop the next Friday morning. I spoke with Kevin. Then he got the division supervisor. The DM explained it'd need to be authorized from the Store-Manager (Keith) who had beennot there in those days. Keith approached me by telephone the next Monday. He mentioned that his problem was that I'd possess the same issue using the Sealy bed. I stated that I'd investigated the problem which latex foam was the only path togo if you find a temperature issue. Keith explained he'd contact customer support and obtain back with me by Thursday. I obtained a phone in the JC Penny quantity while I had been functioning. I really could not reply at that time. No concept was left. I tried calling back however the store-manager was eliminated for that evening. Friday of this week I went directly into view Kevin again. He wrote down my title and quantity to ensure that Keith might contact me. I noticed him place the notice in a cabinet.
