I have been a Time Warner customer since 2006 and every year my bill has steadily increased. I am now paying over $140 dollars a month for Digital cable with 1 box and internet. Everytime I call Customer Service they're rude and unhelpful. I've replaced my box three times over the years and it still messes up DVR recordings, meaning their equipment is substandard. And I still don't get the point that Time Warner will offer new customers substantial discounts but, not to established customers who been with them for years. I guess I am the poor schmuck who helps pay for all those discounts, well not anymore. After talking to another rude CS Rep today I will be cancelling my service. I asked to speak with a supervisor after repeatedly being interrupted, talked down to, and insulted because I was asking for information about my bill and pricing. Not only did I not get to speak with a supervisor, one didn't even call me back as the Rep promised. I'm just lucky that I haven't paid my bill yet because THEY BILL A MONTH IN ADVANCE and my billing cycle ends Friday. I certainly won't be sending them anymore of my money.

Time Warner may feel that they are a big enough company that they don't have to treat their customers with respect and offer them value for their money but, THIS IS ONE CUSTOMER THEY WILL NEVER HAVE AGAIN...

Save yourself the time and hassle and choose another provider, you will be thankful you did!
