Phone Screen Failed Within 30 Days and Replacement Refused

I was given a new cell by the parets and when the outside screen went bad in less than 30 days all I get is it is my fault and nothing they can do but sell me a new phone. That is not going to happen when the phone is not even 30 days old I will go to another company first and never ever come back to Verizon again!!!
