Charges for services after cancellation

We've been DirecTV clients for more than 7 years. We transformed to Meal lately due since DirecTV transformed their development selection and elevated costs. After I terminated, I'd a credit of $55.60 - an adverse balance. All a quick I get an email stating my consideration is overdue which I owe $102.16. It appears I've been billed for films from 2006 which were scanned from my delivered recipient. Which makes no feeling once we needed to contact to-order the films. We were usually charged immediately. The remainder of the total amount makes no feeling possibly when I had a credit stability when providers were terminated. I called DirecTV, with no you could provide me a duplicate of the updated statement displaying a balance due. I was informed it was not past due, simply due despite the fact that the email stated OVERDUE. I've two claims I obtained since termination that display an adverse stability of $55.60. Not have I acquired one which exhibits any stability since termination. The answers for that costs produced no feeling whatsoever. Somehow, I went from the bad stability to owing for some films and 8 weeks worth of support. All after deleting services. NEVER AGAIN am I going to return to DirecTV!!
