Don't blame the service reps

Wow please don't blame the reps alot of them are great people the problem is that they have stats they have to maitain it is prefered thet their calls average four-seven minutes per client. They are written up and threatened if stats are not ideal, first its a verbal then a written then coaching then from 1 coaching to multiple coachings all to reach a 4 minute call. There is no mention of helping the customer.in fact if you are helping and getting great results on your customer reviews you are not within their standards of acceptable. They put so much stress on their reps to acheive these standards that it is sad to say they can not keep good employees that are not robatic and whom truely want to help. Unfortunately I know this secondhand my husband was a rep for five years next week will be his last, since he gave his letter of resignation I can see a peace in him I have not seen in along time. I am sad we will not have a pay check and at our age scared of our future but God will Bless. Don't get me wrong we have Verizon phones in fact we have been with them long before they were what they are now. We tell this story of when we used to travel coast to coast and had to have two phones to get service, " we've come along way babe'" anyway we have never had service trouble and had to call in for much we both have blackburry tours and use VZ navigator web access downloads and love them all. We will continue to use Verizon wireless we will just not work for them
