I have had problems with optimum online in the past but it got worst. A sales person talked me into the triple play package and told me that if i go with them they would no only pay a disconnect fee of a 170.00 but give me whole house service for only a 124.00 a month so i went with it and was told the check was in the mail. After one month after calling every day no check but the bill went up on the service. Now they don"t know anything about this and i am stuck with a disconnet bill so after no check i disconnected and still out money do not fall into this scam they take your money and break there promise. Word of advice if it"s not broke don"t fix it lou
