A few months back we switched from ATT to One Communications. We are very pleased with the service, as well as the local support. Our internet speed is now at 3mb from the 1.5 with ATT, and we have our voice on the t1 as well. We not only saved a considerable amount of money, but added features we wanted (caller id, automatic forwarding if the t1 goes down etc). I must say I was quite concerned after reading this board, but decided to switch anyway, and I'm glad I did.
