Recently I named and also the DIRECTV billing division support consultant stated that she mentioned within the document of my consideration that I'd delivered a contact requesting three concerns concerning the price of particular updates. Which was appropriate. She stated there have been solutions in my own document, but there is no sign that the email response was submitted in my experience anytime. I expected her to deliver the info in my own document to my email address and so I might have a recorded prepared response to my 3 concerns. She examined together with her boss after which explained that she couldn't conform and deliver me something by email. She set the issue into my document and questioned me to test again.

Our three issues are:

Q1. Price for HD up grade (Installation & new monthly costs). Note: I currently spend 65.99/mo.

Q2. Price (regular costs) for an expansion to a different Television within the same space.

Q3. Price (regular costs for each) easily were to pick an update from OPTION to some merchandise with increased films choices. Please provide me many film choices with facts.
