Taking advantage of elderly

Our aged guardian had directv mounted within their house with a HD/DVR and spoke in to the priciest deal available. My mom has got the beginning of demensia and hearing damage. My dad is legally deaf as well as has hearing damage. When found the things they had registered for I approached directv on many events to try and thoroughly clarify the problem. Obviously my mother had authorized a-2 year contract and undoubtedly directv wasn't sympathic to my problem and that I was informed they'd need to spend a disconnect charge also it could be billed for their charge card. My mom had provided directv her card range plus they had been getting her card for your regular charge (she'dnot recognized she decided to that). Directv mentioned in my experience that officially they are able to cost her card for that disconnect charge despite the fact that I'd her phone and demand no further costs to become created on her card. After I recommended I'd stop her charge card I had been informed it had been a national breach easily did that just before directv gathering anything owed them. My parents just required a fundamental bundle, they wouldnt have required a dvr or 200 stations and that I experience directv took advantage. I plan on calling the attorney general, regional prosecuting lawyer, papers to perhaps acquire some help with this particular flat
