Poor Customer Service

I had been known Entrance Home Theatre from the friend. I named and talked with Rob and he went within the Primary TV/Dishnetwork ideas within the telephone. Rob stated he'd be out 24 hours later to set up and hookup anything for me personally. He arrived 24 hours later but couldn't get all of the gear

Triggered since I did not qualify like a 'new' Dishnetwork client and wouldn't have the ability to make the most of the discount price deals as a result of this. I'd been a Dishnetwork client previously and Rob stated he'd need to place the consideration into my friends brand. I stated that was good and he explained he'd contact me back 24 hours later to provide mean 'update'. Rob didn't contact me back. I waited 3 times and lastly named him to request when he prepared on-coming back out to set up all of the gear. He eventually did return out. Although Rob and his 'helper' Matt were at my house Matt had requested me easily had any HDMI cables. I'd recently bought two new Televisionis and wasn't acquainted with HDMI cables or their objective. I told Matt used to donot have any HDMI cables. Matt said he'd promote me two HDMI cables for $40 an item. Matt mentioned this 'was the very best offer' which 'they're $50 at Walmart therefore it will be a greater deal to purchase them today, that we did... Which obviously later I then found out that I overpaid for that HDMI cables. After everything was connected I observed the 'dark club' on a single of my older Televisionis that was not HD ready. Again, I had beennot too-familiar with HDMI cables, hd-ready Televisionis or any kind of HD programming or HD receivers and that I had taken care of HD programming and HD devices. I asked Jeff concerning the dark bar-on my older Television, which had an HD radio connected to it. Rob stated that since my Television was aged and obsolete he could not do something concerning the dark club which I'd have to purchase a new Television. Later I then found out that pushing the 'structure' switch on my distant allows me to alter the image platforms... Obviously why Rob and Matt did not realize that is beyond me. Once they quit I went downstairs and observed they'd left garbage everywhere. I truly did not expect them to get the garbage however it might have been good in order for them to I would like to realize that they'd quit my cellar chaos. A couple of days later I named Rob back and questioned if he'd transfer the HD radio he connected to some non-hd ready Television to a different Television in the home which was hd-ready since although I had been spending additional for HD programming. He explained he'd return out and do this. I never heard from him again. I named Dishnetwork and created a problem together. Dishnetwork sent somebody from another organization and also the technology shifted the recipient to a different Television. Additionally another technology that emerged out needed to place some extra sway helps on my meal outside since Rob didn't however the correct helps onto it when he arrived. I've submitted a using the Missouri Attorney Generals Office and also the Mo Better Business Institution against Entrance Home Theatre for overcharging/deceptive me about the price of the HDMI cables as well as for declining to return out and transfer the HD radio like I'd requested.
