Cancellation issues and attitude

Ive named primary tv-like three times today to cancel my account because my bill went up so much (54.99 to 78.99) and ive finished my agreement. Very first time i named they simply continued sending me to different people. Second-time, i acquired to the termination division based on them and when i stated i called to cancel my account the hung-up. Third-time they answered my call having a bad attitude and stated that i have to be anyone in the account also to call another number he gave me to cancel my account. Once i named that number nobody responded. Dont get direct tv. Find verizon fios
