Poor business practices

We've two grievances withDirecTV. One they charged our charge card bill by having an early termination charge without prior notice. (We recognize today after studying the fine-print they are able to do that.) Your additional criticism is their insufficient customer support. We'd been statisfied customers for 7 years and also have usually compensated our expenses promptly. The issue arrived whenever we offered our house. For 2 weeks we hired and also the rental had wire. Whenever we purchased our new house, we registered again for DirecTV. Following a couple of months, we received observe that our charge card have been billed an earlier termination charge for the previous support. After speaking and publishing for them, it had been obvious that it did not matter that people had again activated, they nevertheless charged us a charge for whenever we moved.insufficient customer support appears to be a genuine problem with this particular organization.
