Adding $20 collection fees to late fees

Brighthouse continues to be putting $20 selection charge along with late fees to my statement. Our payment is $20.99 plus tax so that they are getting 100% fascination with additin towards the late fees. They are doing NOTHING to gather this $20 apart from use it my statement and so I think this SELECTION CHARGE is unjust along with a RIP-OFF in my experience. Where on the planet would you find validation within this absurd sum billed easily do not spend your expenses within 13 times of the deadline (per Desirea at Brighthouse - due on 16th, notice delivered on 19th and 10 nights later include $20) THIS COLLECTION FEE IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
