Our criticism is by using DVDMediaStar organization. They're promoting Crossing Jordan DVDs they ripped from an A & E race and getting more than a hundred bucks for them. I requested months 1-6 in DVD format. What I obtained was really imperfect plus some of it had been of low quality. After I approached them regarding these issues, they simply blew me off saying they'd never had any grievances before mine. I wrote them again attempting to let them know that the things they delivered me was some of a few of the months and NONE of the sixth period whatsoever. I've not obtained anythig but terse, condescending responses from their store OR form characters. I highly recommend anybody considering coping with the corporation to appear else-where since this type of person not truthful, nor correct their errors. S. Bell
