Crossing Jordan dvds seasons 1-5 paid for not recieved

Ordered Crossing Jordan dvds seasons 1-5 for $39.99. Used MC which was charged. I have not recieved the items, and when I tried to contact them My emails were not recieved at the address given, only a mailer-deamo - failure notice. I guess I have been ripped off!
