Dvdmediastar.com the company sent me bootleg dvds from china with absolutely no way of contacting them

I found were the company is there in canada the product i did receive was not what i was looking at when i paid them they are pirated and were not at all good the sound was off as well as the picture trying to dis[ute with the company hoping i can get some of my money back
