I approached DISH NETWORK on 3/16/09 to ask about their deals and pricing. The repetition who responded my phone was perhaps called Stella. She was very hard to comprehend and difficult to notice because of all of the background sound (seemed like kids giggling and enjoying) and that I often needed to request her to replicate himself during our LENGTHY discussion. I really obviously informed her right from the start of the discussion that I HAD BEEN NOT purchasing DISH SYSTEM just questioning about costs. She explained that I'd have to provide her my social protection number along with a creditcardnumber. I informed her there is no reason behind her to require a social protection number or charge card when I WASN'T purchasing simply questioning about pricing. After repeatedly requiring that I'd need to provide her these details so she might confirm easily was actually entitled to DISH COMMUNITY support she ultimately did provide me bottom costs. Then I questioned basically was entitled to the unique pricing and campaigns which were marketed on DISH COMMUNITYis site. She informed that I perhaps was entitled to unique pricing and campaigns but that I'd need to provide her my social protection number along with a creditcardnumber on her to confirm my membership. I again contended that used to do not need to provide her these details which there is no reason behind her to require it since I have was JUST ASKING NOT PURCHASING. She insisted that without my social protection number along with a charge card that she couldn't confirm my membership for DISH COMMUNITY support not to mention inform me what unique pricing and campaigns were open to me. JUST LIKE A TRICK, I eventually offered her my social protection number and charge card and he or she did inform me that I had been entitled to DISH COMMUNITY support and offered me the costs such as the "return client pricing and promotional pricing". The costs seemed to be sensible but I informed her I had been not prepared to purchase when I desired to examine the costs etc with my spouse before I made a decision to-order or not. She explained she recognized however the following point I understand she is attempting to plan the installment for that FOLLOWING DAY!!! I again informed her I had been NOT PURCHASING which it'd possibly be someday in May before I made the decision. She stated that was good but did provide me a "Reservation quantity" that she said I'd require easily did choose to purchase. She also had me set up a code and offered mean 800-number (800-333-3479) to contact easily chose to purchase the support. I indicated worries to her that didn't like needing to provide her all of this info simply to get costs which I had been worried that I'd be charged on my charge card for providers that I'd not requested. She assured me this wouldn't occur which nothing could be completed until I named to really place an order. We finished our discussion.
The following morning, 3/17/09, I obtain a telephone call from DISH NETWORK informing me they have been within the day to complete the installation with no one responded the doorway to that we replied that used to do not purchase the support and hadn't planned any installment. I had been informed that I'd requested it and there is some type of misunderstanding. DISH NETWORK found my house to complete an installment that used to do not plan for providers that used to do not purchase. On 3/16/09, their telephone repetition badgered me into providing her my social protection number and charge card. Today I am worried that I'll be charged for an installment and providers that used to do not purchase and of course that I was silly enough to provide the telephone representative my social protection number and charge card. For several I understand I've established my-self up for identitytheft!!!
