Theft of Deposit Toward Work to be Done

Roger Ingleby is just a skilled con-artist who purports to become an electronics/home theatre specialist.

Instead he's lots of heat, but worse, a crook.

He defined within an account items/providers to become done and we offered him a check of $1,500 towards conclusion.

Function was never completed and after many make an effort to demand return of deposit, to no avail, we will have to return to small claims court.

Prevent no matter what!
