Roger Ingleby took $52,000.00 that I had invested in a CD, he told me he had "twiddled" money around with Steve Denkers who I called 2 weeks ago and was stunned, it was all a lie. He asked if he could work with my money because instead of the CD I would get a better return with him. This was saved for my daughter's College fund.
I even worked for the guy for free and put many hours in and this is what I get back, not even my own money???
We have a write up and notarized by the Irwin Bank, who knows that he has my money, his employees know, he keeps promising to pay me back, but I have had till so far 1 payment for $5000.00 and one bounced check from last year of $12,000. And last month he gave me $500.00. He he told me when I met him that everything was payed off, he didn't owe anybody anything and nothing was on credit cards.
Now I found out that he has several lawsuits against him.in the beginning he told me he was an honorable individual, that respects a woman, well, and telling everybody that his business is doing so well!!! He has a house, boat, 2 cars, over 1 million in the store, why is he not paying me back?
Everything he told me has been a lie. My 15 year old daughter and I are broke because of him.
We want to go back to our own country, but we can't because he has our money that I had saved over the years. What kind of a person can do that, I think someone that has no heart and no feelings, he doesn't even communicate with me, and when he did and I asked for the money to pay at least a few hundred he hung up on me. His lawyer Lisa and Mark Larson are his friends that get equipment from him in return for services, and they say I am the angry girlfriend... Hmm... Angry because he didn't pay my money back yes, but angry because we are not together... Hmmm... Who would want to be in a relationship with someone, (even his employees told me) is lying to everybody, and they even know that he is ripping off his clients!
I was at their house for dinner once, and Roger told me they liked me very much, but now they are in it they even dared to tell a lawyer that I consulted that we were engaged!!! We never even looked at rings or talked about it! Are lawyers lyers too???
They drew the paperwork and has been notarized but nobody is honoring it. Is there no justice in this country. The man has my daughter's belongings and my belongings at the store, he didn't even give that back to me. I have all the evidence on emails. Now I have to spend $ on an attorney that my sister has to pay up front???
