Ovation Credit, Like all credit repair company sounded like a big professional company. From Day 1, I had nothing but problems... Couldn't bill correctly, late night emails from the company. Lies from staff when I wanted to correct them they didn't work there anymore.
They then also offered me a free month, but still billed me anyway.
Place didn't do anything for my credit in 4 months, and my credit also went down.
Don't use this place, and try to use someone more reputable.
