I'm disgusted with all the support. The attendant Stephanie logo #409782 was extremely rude and argumentative and never prepared to help in my issues. She set me on-hold as well as for 20 minutes before I hung-up as she stated she would get me anyone to keep in touch with and not did. It had been apparent that she wasn't likely to further aid me.
I've had only issues with the support and am totally ashamed in the manner they handle long-standing clients. Our DVR wasn't connected properly thus my High-Def as not coming in. When somebody eventually arrived on the scene, they chose to cost me for that support phone.
I'll be moving-in the following six months and that I could be more than pleased to stop the support and certainly will never suggest the providers.
