Direct TV isn't customer-friendly. Registered and not got gear or telephone calls 3 times over a19 day-time frame. Lost 2 work-days, one day down, all lost awaiting somebody showing up. Customer support sups. Emailed Corporate, I emailed corp. But still no response. Simply ended my purchase.
It is best to do some research and have around in your town, if you will find any issues.
After not really obtaining any response in the corporate customer care group, I quit!
Really bad customer support prevent whatsoever price
