They over-charge in cost and my wire never works. I contact numerous occasions to obtain it back on also it might be down for 4 - 5 times. While it ultimately returns on, you then need to contact and remain on hold permanently to request a credit.
I still haven't obtained a credit to my bill from lacking wire for just two months during Storm Ike. I've changed to Direct TV on 1/10/09 and that I still haven't had the opportunity to achieve one to remove Quick Wire.
I'm only likely to deliver a notice. I'll never send them to anybody. Worst Cable Television ever. Image is fixed on all stations. They've horrible support.
